The Vouliagmeni Lake in Perahora, Greece

In August 2017 I was working for Dropbox Business Support when my late mom's younger sis died, at 87. One of the things she left me in her will is a coastal 40000 square feet (4,000m2) lot.  But there's a catch! It has zoning restrictions so I cannot sell it (under current Greek law) or build anything on it.

But I can camp there using a sleeping bag and/or a tent.
So I decided to accept this part of the will too (there was an opt out clause for me for this plot in the will).

The lake in the photo isn't fictional, it exists. In Perahora in Greece! Google Maps:

Free camping in May, June, July and August 2019

The 4000m2 plot of land is next to the sea.

You won't need a permit to camp on these 4000 m2 at Sounthion because it's mine as of 2017 not public land.

 How to get there:

1) Fly to Athens. Rent a car or take a bus to Loutraki. Then to Vouliagmeni of Perahora.

2) Reach Ancona in Italy or Brindisi by train or car then get on the boat to Patras, Greece. From Patras to Loutraki and then to Perahora.

3) Come via boat/yatch to Sounthion.

Plan your #Sounthion2019 summer in Greece.

A new community - town in tricontinental Greece?

The Sounthion 4000m2 lot of land that Haroula Makris bought back in 1972 and I inherited for good in May 2018 is zoned by the Greek Archaeological Services since the 1960s so we can only use tents and sleeping bags on it.

So let's start a new town not on but at the outskirts of this area.

A cluster and hub using some of the basic concepts of Michael Porter's Diamond conditions, a bit of Blue Ocean Strategy and a bit of the BCG analytical framework, Powered by creative thinking and action.

Therefore contact me and start thinking of ways you can contribute to the new town, as a resident and/or investor in it. npan@alum.mit.edu.
